Error: lost connection to EA Servers

Thanks, there's two things that'd help to know. Please include the answers in your reply: 

1. You mentioned a new error message now? Could you share a screenshot of what it says please?
2. Did you complete any of the troubleshooting steps I shared below, and in the guide I linked?

 

On a side note, I can see you've shared a few posts in a row since I last was able to check in on your thread. Please be patient, and if you've more to add before I have a chance to post, consider editing your latest post to include the additional information, as multiple bumps in a row are considered spamming and can result in moderation.
