Glitch in UFC 5

I tried everything but full reinstallation, I dont wanna lose my data. Its still running into the same issue. Can I request a call from EA?

This sounds like a pretty strange issue for sure, but there are a number of steps you can try.

The quickest thing to check at the start is just that your system isn't used cached data from an earlier session.

To do that, fully close the game (Options > Close Game, don't just exit to the home screen)
From there, go to Settings > Network > Settings > Set Up Internet Connection. Try toggling the connection off and waiting about 30 seconds before reconnecting and launching back into Online Career.

If that doesn't do the trick, the next steps can help clear up any issues with assets loading incorrectly. For this you'll want to boot your PS5 into Safe Mode. This links to the PlayStation guide to walk you through that process, but you'll want to check the option to Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Clear System Software Cache. Restart and check again after this point!

If you're still seeing the same thing, it's back to Safe Mode but we'll want the Rebuild Database instead this time. This shouldn't impact your data, just be sure not to use the Reset PS5 (Reinstall System Software) option. Beyond that, we'd want to try the full reinstallation if you're still running into this issue.
