Help- with UFC5 Ultimate

Help with UFC 5 Ultimate Edition.  My son used his Christmas money to buy UFC5 Ultimate.  On his acct he can play the base game but has none of the dlc. He gets a message saying unable to update fighters (or something similar).  And cant sign in to his ea acct.  Gets error saying cant connect to ea servers.

However if we switch over to my acct, we can access everything with no problems.

He is 11, but I have all settings set to where he should have permission for everything.  He can access everything on Madden25.  I understand if he cant fight others online.  But why cant he access all his dlc like Tyson, etc?
