Join an online game and it freezes

I join an online game, we both select a fighter then while loading into the fight it just freezes. Three times today it has happened to me in a ranked game. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, I first experienced this months ago and it still hasn’t been fixed.

That really sucks. If it’s been happening for months, it’s likely a bug the devs haven’t fixed yet. Try checking for game updates, restarting your system, or reinstalling the game. Also, report it to support if you haven’t yet, they might not know how often it happens.
