Leaderboards and Accolades on Career Online

The leaderboards need to be reworked in Career Online bc it's all based on division points when records should matter too.

Yesterday (probably today too) I completed more fights and had more wins vs losses than everyone in the North American Top 10. Yet I was ranked in the 390s and sometimes 500s.

Only because I was a Division 17 vs 20?

There are ppl in the NA Top 10 that have more losses than wins. How does that make them Top 10 players?! 

Makes no sense. All of those categories combined should determine who's best.

There need to be more accolades for Career Online as well. Most are for playing ranked or career offline.
