Missing Pre-Order or Deluxe content
I pre order the game months ago and I didn’t receive any of the benefits expect for the early access bit. Did anyone experience that as well?

Just to clarify some of the reports we've seen, I've attached some information from our UFC 5 page listing the contents of each edition of the game.
The Bruce Lee bundle mentioned above comes with 3 Alter Egos, which would be for the Bantamweight, Featherweight and Lightweight classes.
Additionally, keep in mind the 30th Anniversary Vanity Bundle contains 4 Vanity Items. For those reporting missing UFC Points, are you able to share a screenshot or link of where you're seeing that offered?
The issue is that I play on two accounts, and on the account where I purchased the game, there is content, but on the second account, there is no content, although early access is available. I play on PS5, and there are no issues with UFC 4; the content is distributed on a single system.
When will the patch be released? Will there be a solution to this issue with fighters at all? My PSN username is iVladMan42. Please, solve this problem.
Guys, at what stage is the problem resolution? It's already the 27th, and the early access game has been released. At this rate, I could have saved $30 because I've been playing the standard edition for 3 days already... Even during these days, EA Help hasn't personally responded to me.

The issue is, at least on Xbox, if you are on one screen it says you get Lee welterweight and another doesn’t. Also in UFC 4 it also says you get him. And if we don’t. How are we supposed to get him other than paying $10? For a bundle containing one skin.- EA_Mako

That is a specific offer appearing in-game in UFC 4 and which you'd have to purchase from that same offer page in-game to receive.
If the Deluxe Edition was not ordered from that specific page it wouldn't grant the offer.
If there's any uncertainty about which version is on the account, our support should be able to help verify that.

At this point I’d buy it as a single fighter but it’s almost as deluxe owners are punished for purchasing this exact version if they want all
The Bruce Lee’s since you can only get him in the $10 bundle containing 3 people you get in the deluxe. You see what a mess this is? Not your fault obviously but needs to be a better solution.
I have ordered the deluxe version and have not received any of the fighters can you help me please
