Missing Pre-Order or Deluxe content

It’s because the deluxe we preordered is gone now due to preorder bonuses.  If you look in your purchase history it’ll show deluxe. 

I really hope we can just get an option to buy the 1 missing Bruce Lee Welterweight, but I think they should just give it to us that bought the deluxe edition because No where was it advertised that we would only get that bruce lee if we preordered through UFC 4 because just like others if I had known I would have done that.

My license won’t even let me download the deluxe edition I can only download standard but I paid for the deluxe edition and have none of the dlc content beside playing it early 

Am I to believe that there is no way to get something as simple as a Bruce Lee character unlocked in my UFC 5 game that I paid for two days ago? Is this as good as EA can do?

Which version of the game did you purchase? Did you pick up a Bruce Lee bundle separately? Are you seeing the issue across all weight classes or just certain ones? 

I have the hard copy for PS5. He is locked in every weight class.  I bought just the Bruce Lee dlc

Also I am prompted to change my password every time I load the game.

I'd definitely check to make sure you've reset your EA Account password specifically, rather than your PlayStation account.

If that continues or you run into any trouble with that, you can contact our support so they can take a closer look.

If you picked up the Bruce Lee DLC separately and that isn't showing up for you, please try the steps over on PlayStation's support page here.

There are a couple steps to try at that link, but if it still isn't appearing for you after that, you'll need to get in touch with PlayStation Support directly so they can check into this for you.

I did what was suggested at the PS site. No help. Also I have changed my EA password every time I have started the UFC game, it keeps telling me my credentials have expired.  I am at a loss as to what to do next.
