Missing Purchased Content

Summarize your bug It’s currently April 14, 2024… I pre ordered this game & bought the deluxe edition. I’m STILL missing ALL of the content I should have. Mike Tyson, Ali, etc.. all are locked. It’s been almost 6 months since this game came out. Tried contacting support numerous times, they are useless. What can I / y’all do about this??? I have proof of purchase. Proof that it’s deluxe & that I pre ordered. Please fix this it’s ridiculous.

Missing every single content / character from both pre order & deluxe edition. All the characters are locked after almost 6 months of this game being out. Ya’ll should have this fixed by now or have an answer at least.
