Move Glitches and bugs

Summarize your bug There are a few bugs I continually run into, 1st is all of the spin attacks just do the back fist, even when I remove it from the move list. Second, even when the grappling and submission meter reaches full it does nothing, repeatedly.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? It just let's the opponents do their move or stays at full for a few seconds.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully, it fixed.
