Never Received My Rewards For UFC 316

I completed my UFC 316 fight week challenges to unlock the profile pic and background of that event but I never got it and it never showed up in my locker. I already tried chat support with EA but I still haven’t got it. Should I email them or can an EA member respond to this and help?
