No dynamics in grappling
Hello. First of all I want to say thanks for the changes to the striking it looks a lot better. We have the problem of a non-dynamic ground game interferes too much and slows down the game. Takedo...
I have no problems with grappling. You sound like you transition every way on the ground then quit cause they blocked em all. You had to do certian transitions when theyre transitions, allowing thier stamina to recover. If it feels slow to you. It cause you probably are using a striker and got taken down. Its like when i try striking a striker with a grappler. Guess who allways lands first? Suprise suprise, the striker.
@HandsOfGod666 @JKexplosion1 <removed> My word mean only that they mean. 0 hide sens. Grapling is slow. It`s not bcous i like grapling, it`s couse we have very slow transishons in attack and deffedn. It`s make game play like all fight belal muhammad. It`s make ground game boring, it`s not a chess, you just take your stik. I bellive that this part of MMA, that call "Lie and pray" shoud`t be so much presented in game. Even in real UFC fight like that not interested to peapole. When 1 fighters just lay and do hit only to show activeti it`s not a ot the height of art that only a connoisseur will understand.
Please, if you have arguments, provide them. Just remember that calling someone out, stand , boying, or otherwise trying to humiliate a person is not an argument.
The rating you play on is also interesting to understand the level of your competencies.

<removed> Youre just not grappling efficiently enough and using the correct trainsitions. Once you understand how to smash pass and use contextual transitions youd realize how idiotic you sound when you say its slow. And ironically you say this unrealistic grappling to a 3 stripe bjj purple belt. <removed> you cant see the authenticity that eas trying to do in the grappling. Just wish they could bring back postured hammerfists like they had in ufc 3 but @EA_Mako its ok i understand 👍. Other then that since the last 3 or 4 updates its getting up they in terms how good ufc 3 was. Ufc 4 was absolute garbage in terms of input response and qaulity of play.

Hey folks, the debates are fine, but let's keep the discussion about the game mechanics rather than any individual's skill.
No need to start getting into insults, we're all here for the same game. 🙂
@EA_MakoIm quick to blur the lines. But I'm also assertive that the ground is in depth and honestly could benefit from more positions and more permanent subs..if you had to get through two base positions before the instant sub. Like kimura trap} leg over head} finish. It may do away with the need for multiple submissions. People may not be as upset. However the ufc's tag line for years was "as real as it gets" let's keep that energy. Ground game needs to be realistic in the sense that if you neglect it you pay a big price.
Sorry @EA_Mako ill be a good boyyy. I only try and be respectful but some people you just cant satesfy or make happy and that mentality annoys me. But real side @EA_Mako is it possible to get some postured hammerfists in or something thats an idea your team is currently thinking about adding? I can understand not being able to throw them from mount, but hammerfists are extremely critical when it comes to setting up subs from postured full gaurd, half gaurd, and knee on belly. Have hit as hard as a hook, but only be able to drop one like you set up elbows. If you could add postured hammerfists itll easily beat ufc 3 as your most realistic sim, besides of the lack of climch pummel.
All I do it's saying that some aspect of game is bad in my opinion. Don't be so rude "good baby" It`s only my opinion. In this world can be opinion than no the same as yours. You to try use arguments. No emotion.
The level of discussion is impressive. If you can provide at least one argument, please do so. So far, I see only attempts to personally offend me and no constructive input. Until any arguments are presented, I will ignore you, as this level of communication is a waste of time
I've presented arguments to you but you shrug them off with "it's just a game". If it's just a game then play by the games rules instead of begging an aspect you're not versed in to be taken away. And hey props for proof reading your work this time.
"Ah s**t.here we go again". If we're aiming for realism, then after 8 unsuccessful takedown attempts, the fighter should be out of stamina. If realism is our goal, strikes in standing should result in a knockout within 1-2 hits. Fighters shouldn't be able to throw 130 strikes per round and still maintain stamina. But your argument is: "The grappling is realistic, so it's okay. If you don't like it, you just don't know how to play." If we strive for realism, it should be consistent throughout. However, if the game is meant for enjoyment, then consistency should also be key.
@JKexplosion1 @HandsOfGod666 By the way, speaking of me just not knowing how to play and fight. I asked the guy who is number 2 in the PS rating, Ibra-Dom, who had 2945, and he also said that the fighting is too slow and kills the dynamics of the game. The same thing was said by Hexttr, who has a rating of 2400.
Folks, the thread is getting pretty off track at this point.
Locking it down here to avoid further derailing this into additional side arguments, thanks to those who had provided feedback to the issue at hand.
Feel free to create a new thread for this discussion if it can be kept to discussing the game, thanks.
