No more option for non champion shorts for current champions. Fix this please

Summarize your bug We can no longer choose non champion shorts for current champions which is now taking away from the immersion of running our own fight cards. This needs to get fixed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just select a champion and try choosing a non championship shorts it will not give you that option anymore
What happens when the bug occurs? no longer possible to choose non champion shorts
What do you expect to see? The option to also choose non champion shorts like we could before the update, this is ruining the immersion of making fight cards
