Not loading menus after a fight

I’m experiencing an issue where the game does not load the menus after a fight ends, which results in having to restart the game. This issue was not present until after the latest game update. 

I'm on the Xbox Series X version

This doesn’t happen every time, but it’s frequent enough to be annoying, so I thought I’d see if anyone else has had this issue too
