Summarize your bug Move improve points do not progress at previously normal rate. They barely improve at all. Ground moves do not unlock and level up until you get to Prestige 3. This is for transitions, reversals, etc.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the upgrade progression of any move, like a punch or kick. They no longer progress when used. Get your ground move progression points to maximum level. This should unlock the next level. It does not currently unlock the next level and just sits there. It seems to work properly for Prestige 3 and higher.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is no fun to play as you don't progress.
What do you expect to see? These things fixed.
