Online career matchup ??

Im level 15 in game and my online char is still prestige 0 with 500 points so not enough to prestige it yet. And im always being matched up with very high level fighters with full stars or half a star away. Like prestige 20-30 fighters. It feels like im way to high in division (18) so the question is. Why the f..k do they even allow new players with less than 30 hours to get matched up with chars that been playing for 1000 hours+ they hit me 2 Times and im bloody and get rocked, i hit them 200 Times and it does nothing.
