Say I want to block, (or any controls) as soon as I hit block button it takes 2 to 3 seconds for the command to do it in quick fight matches.

Thx for the support. I'm growing tired of game devs/support these days. They seem not too care about anything.

Also, I can't even submit a ticket for UFC 5. It only allows support from community and not ea. Sad that the community wants to help and respond faster and with answers than ea.

You guys had to have known this before release. Please tell me you EA are aware of this issue and a fix is coming out ASAP and when. This game is completely unplayable online, I have 2 series X's one in different home and different account and both have 3-5 seconds or more of lag/controller input while online. It also occasionally has a separate issue in campaign while in training sessions, it will go in like a  slow motion movie. This is insane!

  • It is far more than a 5ms lag. This is like a 2-3 second lag from input to action. I've got a very stable and high internet connection and a very low ping displayed in game before fights. Just about every fight in the online career mode is almost completely unplayable from this lag. This was an issue in the beta and now seems worse in the full game. This has to be a server issue or just a bug that was never addressed from beta to release. Is there some sort of setting I need to change with my network connection or graphics? For reference I am on Xbox series S.

That's what I meant seconds not ms. You would think that would've been fixed in latest update. But nope...

  • I have the same problem... Totally unplayable!!!!! HOW CAN I FIX IT???? @EA

I want to come in contact with someone who can help me! My internet connections are 200mb ..... this has to be good..

I tried this but it didn't do much. I still get 95% of online matches with controller input lag. I have 4 OLED TVs both Samsung and lg, that are all top of the line that go for 4-5k$ each. I've tried everything from TV settings to series x display res, fps, don't vision, etc. this game is still crap.

Good luck as ea isn't giving any info on when they will address it and or be fixed.

  • Have you tried playing this game online on your personal console + internet? Judging by your condescending response to one of your dissatisfied customers, I'm gonna assume you have not.

For a game released in 2023 from a "Triple A" studio, this installment in the franchise is a straight up embarrassment.

-Horrible Latency almost every single online match, making it an absolute joke to even attempt and react to opponents movements, making it so you basically have to predict what your opponent is going to do next

    - Copy and Paste game modes from UFC 4 and UFC 3 (minus a few very insignificant changes)

    - Your company constantly used doctors stoppages as a selling point in media marketing and game trailers, AKA you added TWO

recurring cutscene animations that signify you are either about to lose the fight via DS or you have already lost. Honestly, something this small could have EASILY been in UFC 2-4

    - Absolutely nothing to grind and play towards other than UFC coins to buy lazy cosmetics or expensive "Alter-Egos" of certain fighters that bring nothing but very small statistic and cosmetic changes, and please don't forget that very cool number you get to watch get bigger or smaller when you play RC!

Also by the looks of this entire websites' forum @EA_Barry, it doesn't look as though you respond to 80% or more of anyone who writes something on here. Looks as though this bloodsucking disgusting company also doesn't hire very reliable "Community Managers"

Hopefully next year when you people pump out an $80 overpriced piece of garbage once again, people think with their heads rather than the toxic sludge you mouth-breathers spew out leading up to UFC 6s release.

  • New member, longtime EA player here.

latency is most likely intentional lag which violates terms of service; rule #6.

if more cheaters were banned after being reported with a bit more vigilance, this would most likely be toned down. I say toned down, because cheaters will always do the dishonorable thing and find a way to cheat. But actively banning  people who purposely cause latency issues will definitely be a step in the right direction.
