@EA_Mako The silence here from EA is deafening - It looks like you're planning to take the same route as you did with the PGA Tour Deluxe content earlier this year where you just ignore it and hope the few people that are affected get frustrated and give up.

I did as you advised and contacted EA help, they have been absolutely useless. Well they've been useless in providing any sort of help to the problem this thread has highlighted, however they've been very helpful in adding to my case that I'll be submitting to the fair trading commission here in Australia. Thankfully we have very strong consumer laws here, and what both Playstation and yourselves have done now are in breach of consumer law.

I have them on record saying the problem is on your end and that I need to contact you, and now have you on record saying the problem is with Playstation and I need to contact them.

News flash - It's not up to the consumer to run around in circles trying to figure out where the fault lies. It's up to you and Playstation to figure that out and provide a resolution to the consumer. You have advertised and sold a product, and then refused to provide any meaningful help when you did not deliver the content that was advertised.

You may want to pass this on to the relevant internal department that deals with international consumer law, as with all the information I've compiled over the last 3 weeks (both with this UFC 5 problem, and also the earlier similar issue with PGA Tour) your company is in breach of consumer law here in Australia (and I assume the UK as well as they also have strong consumer laws).
