Hey @mah1328,

Can you go through the steps linked below to physically power cycle your Xbox, as well as the steps to reset the power supply?

This appears to be working for everyone else previously affected, so we'll want to make sure there weren't any issues with your system picking up the fix.

Please give these specific steps a try and see if that changes things for you. If you've previously already tried these steps, you'll want to give them one more attempt to make sure that was done after our fix, thanks!

    Tried full power, restarting, deleting local saved files (ea chat recommended) and still doesn’t work. I can’t even get the trial screen to open anymore it now pops up with you already own this game.
