Several questions before buying UFC 5

Good afternoon, I have a few questions before buying the game. Is it the same arcade game like UFC 4, or closer to a simulation game like UFC 3? What's up with the clinch: is it the same nonsense as UFC 4, or better like UFC 3? And what's up with grappling? Is the stamina also infinite like in part 4? Or is it fine and needs to be controlled?
