Hey @krinch009,
In rare cases it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for some purchases to unlock on the account.
If you still don't have access to these after that point, please follow the steps in our missing content page here to get in touch with support.
They'll need to verify some other information and should be able to look into this with you from that point.
