Stamina is feeling better

I think stamina is getting close to where it needs to be! I've noticed if I play defensive against overly aggressive guys in rd1, I can usually get an easy finish by end of rd 2 due to how bad their stamina is. Been also getting a lot of guys rage quitting at the end of the 2nd now when they have no stamina and start getting rocked or blast double legged a bunch. I absolutely loved the increased takedown range and the shaved dead frames that caused you to reset your stance before shooting for a double.

  • @JKexplosion1 But we have a problem with the fact that body blows do not cause significant damage to stamina. And each fighter can throw 140 punches in the first round and is not afraid of losing stamina. It will be 75-85% which is a lot
  • I'm doing good with body shot rocks and straight punches to drain the stam. I don't want another ufc 4 where one three piece to the stomach ends a fight in an unrealistic manner. Body shot ko's are few and far between in the ufc. I mean other than Gabe rudiger I can't think of a single body shot ko from a punch. I mean even when pete sell hit Scott, Scott ko'd him before falling.

@JKexplosion1 The damage to the body is sufficient. The problem is not losing stamina. In reality, how many fighters can spam 11 punch combos and throw 170+ punches in a round?
I will answer 0. The record is held by Max Holloway and it is 141 strikes. Spam and lying and praying on the ground, 2 main problems of the game
  • I mean it's not the answer you want but Nick diaz and KJ Noons threw 1000 total punches in their second fight..... But yeah I don't like spammers and I think this patch has reduced them significantly. I play defensive the first rd and then I finish them in the second. Or I finish them in the first because they have no philosophy or strategy for the ground.  I think round one if they want to throw everything at you cool as long as in round 2 they're tired af. I get why they're slowly adjusting the body, in ufc 4 everyone just used jab body kick or knee elbow over and over to hurt stam. This forces ppl to learn combinations and be creative. Granted I'd still like to see knee elbow have more frames added between the strikes. I think right now is the best the game has played.
