Stamina/spam fix

Hi.
PLease make some change in stamina.
Last change make stamina better, thank you.
But it's not enough.
1)We still don`t have any penalty for long combination. We shoud have that panalty, the more hit in a combination, the more damage to a missed blow should be and the more stamina each next blow should consume.

2)Body hit don't do damage and doesn't hit stamina sensitive

3)We don't have penalty for submission, it's too easy to make them.
Pls bo some penalty for itr.
Penalty on stamina or bigger frame for denied
@EA_Mako pls try to do something with that
