STOP THE QUITTING PLEASE

CAN YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT ALL THE QUITTING???  The same fan base from 4 will go to 5.  And every 7 out of 10 fights people quit.  Can you give some kind of temp ban?  5 minutes for 1st time.  10 for second time.  20 for 3rd.  and so on till like a hour max?  Its ridiculous when you cant even play without nonstop quitting when someone loses.  People need to learn to finish what they start.
