Takedowns against AI’s almost impossible to defend

Summarize your bug I can’t stuff a single takedown on Custom Events mode no matter how fast I try to block them.

I play this game for the custom events, and I’ve noticed that in the process of doing so, it’s nearly if not literally impossible to defend takedowns. I noticed the same issue in the beginning of UFC 4, but the bug was patched and im hoping the same will happen with this game, as im experiencing the same issue.
