UF5 trial issue - September 2024

After the free trial of UFC 5, the game is now stuck, telling me that I already own the item. The trial (10 hour) expired and it won t let me purchase the game, suggesting to have an EA pass for another 10 hour game trial. If I do this the PS5 shows an error!

I see this is a common issue in the past, solved by updates! Now it got relevant again apperntly! 

How can I fix this!

    I have the same issue. I’ve been struggling with it since Monday. Do we have any chance of solving this problem? Or is the only solution a new account?

    Can t seem to find a solution...lots of people seems to find this problem but no clear answer on how ro solve it
