UFC 5 All Progress Deleted

I have been playing UFC 5 through the EA 10 Hour Free trial. I spent 7 hours playing the game in career, online, Create A Fighter, and fight now. The game kicked me out and when I tried to load back in, it took me back to the agreement for TOS. After I re-agreed, I was all the way back to the Jones v Stipe tutorial. All my progress was erased. Has this happened to anyone on else and if so have you found a way to fix it.
