UFC 5 career mode bug

Summarize your bug I have just moved up to the Welterweight division and as I go into the fight week 2 keep getting a message about a fight offer from my previous division but won't let me reply if I want to take the offer or not and gets me stuck with nothing to do.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My guess is that this happened because of a my taunt to the fighter after winning the double title fight on the media tab.
What happens when the bug occurs? It wont let me do anything
What do you expect to see? I am not sure if mean what I expect to see when I go into it or the context of what do I wanna see as a result of this report but I would ideally liked this fixed asap.
