Ufc 5 career mode difficulty

Can we please make the career mode difficulty harder like its child's play its to easy. Surely we have advanced enough to make it harder. And also can we add a option to stop doctor stoppages like fights are over before round 4 because the iv opened up a cut on the opponent its just lack luster specifically in a good scrap.
