UFC 5 Deluxe Edition Physical Copy?

In all of the stores/sites I've seen that are selling copies of UFC 5. I have yet to see an actual physical copy of UFC 5 Deluxe Edition and only the digital version of it. So all I want to know is are we actually getting a Physical Copy of UFC 5 Deluxe Edition or is it just gonna stay as a digital copy by itself?
