Bought Deluxe Edition can only install Standard Edition. Why?

- @EA_Barry I have they don't help me. All they say is, that they can't see my order.
And that I should contact Microsoft. I contacted Microsoft and there you can see the purchase of Deluxe Edition. I also received a confirmation in the form of an e-mail. The game advisors do not help. I have in-game problems selecting players from the Deluxe Edition.Nobody helps. You pay so much money and wait for the content since release... Modern fraud.
