UFC 5 deluxe version?

I purchased UFC 5 deluxe version for Xbox series x.  The dlc fighters are all locked on my alternate account.  My kids use my main account and I play in another gamertag.  I was able to okay with purchased fighters on ufc 4 on my alternate account.  Is it supposed to be like this year or is something wrong.  Can someone onesie help me.
