UFC 5 input execution make wrong move

I need to know  , I try to Google it many different places and nobody ever mention it . am I the only one who got this in game that for example I press RT + B to do a knee and my fighter execute hight kick that requires LB +B  that is not even close to each other...  I loss so many fights by miss input like this anybody else have similar experience? 

Same goes for hight kick that are like 50% mid kicks , but that Sims to be kinda related to range

 Also I got low kick instead of knee when stunned .. 

It ousses me off that I never no what to expect from my fighter, take a lot from being reliable for your own experience in fighting , making it chaos trash can
