So i decided to try the UFC 5 trial to see what the game was like and if it was worth buying, so i got the 10 hours trial and started playing, then after playing for 5 hours the game told me that the trial has expired.. have anyone els had this problem?

The trial timer can continue counting down if you do not fully exit the game.

Our Advisors are unable to add trial time, thanks.

I have also had this issue after playing the trial for 5hrs. When you load the game from your library there is 5hrs remaining, but once it loads to the game menu it says it has expired. This is a bugbon your end EA, please fix this.

Game was definitely closed and it even has a counter saying 5hours remaining yet I can’t play. Will this bug be sorted ?

same issue, and no the counter wasnt going on when the game wasnt fully exited because I had the game open for 5 straight hours, it wasnt even downloaded for a full 10 hours (let alone a full 6).
Bought the game after it prompted me to in order to continue and still cant play the game because of this 5 hour trial bug.

@EA_Barry I would be fine with it if this was the case but i installed it and played it for 5 hours straight without leaving and then it expired out of no where, it’s a bug and needs to be adressed, we are paying you guys every month with EA play to get stuff like this and you guys still won’t even try to fix it for us. Terrible service

@EA_Barry I also experienced this, I play a lot of ea games, so when a trial comes out on these new gen consoles I know to close game every time. I had 5hr 18m in my most recent clip, about 15-20 minutes before I got off. I was playing career had a 2 week training camp, and once I finished week 2 I backed out to the main menu and then closed the app. An hour or two later now and it says my trial expired. It was not on my quick resume either

I mean it legit tells us we have 5 hrs left EA we aren’t that stupid to leave the game open we cleared it and when we came back it says we have 5 hrs left load up the game and it says trial expired
