UFC 5 Ultimate Edition packs and bundles not available after i bought the game.

recently i bought the game on ps on 50% discount to get all the alter ego fighters and bundles and ufc points but after i installed it, it says that the packs and bundles and points are not available. i contacted the ea support in which they help me out but the issue still remains.
