Having trouble playing online ive reset wifi and ps5

But keeps trying to search for fighter updates and won't let me go through to online

Ranked accolades not working
I’ve division 17 in ranked, but I’m not getting the rewards for it, I haven’t gotten the badge for my player card, in the challenges tab it still says that division 16 is the highest I’ve hit
