Unable to Link EA Account to PSN – Stuck with Old Disabled Account

This is what I get using link you mentioned. 

A funny thing—two cases I opened say "resolved," but actually, nothing got fixed. I just need to unlink my old EA account, which was deleted a long time ago, so I can link my new one.

    I'm sorry to hear you're not getting the chat option. Do you have another EA account that you can log into and try contacting support from there?
