"Absolute" setting for head movement

Can we get an absolute toggle for head movement? I am sick of swaying into hooks while they go for a step hook because the sway back direction ends up being slightly diagonal for straight back instead of moving the stick straight back.
It would make head movement so much easier, if I want to sway back I go straight back instead of looking at whether my camera is slightly off and having to adjust my thumb while in the middle of an exchange.
