Add ability to customize created fighters' records (outside of career mode)

Just for immersion's sake. I love creating an entire stable of fictitious fighters for my own entertainment, but it sorta ruins the immersion when the tale of the tape appears and they all show a record of 0-0. A fighter's record is a significant part of his identity, reputation and persona. It'd be nice to add a tiny "backstory" to each fighter you create by being able to assign their fight records.
