Career Mode Fix: Money to Accelerate Training & Move Evolution

Career Mode Fix: Let Us Spend Our Money to Accelerate Training & Move Evolution

One of the biggest problems with Career Mode is that money eventually becomes useless while training becomes repetitive. I’m 19 fights into my career and still have a 3-star jab, meaning I could potentially spend another 10 camps grinding the same punch just to reach 5 stars. After your first Career Mode playthrough, nobody wants to repeat hours of the same sparring drills.

Once we become champions making millions, let us actually use that money. Let us pay for elite coaches, specialized camps, Move Evolution boosts, or even fully simulate training while still progressing our moves. Higher-level upgrades can cost significantly more, so there’s still progression and balance.

Early career: grind to improve.
Championship career: earn money to invest in improvement.

It would make money meaningful, reduce repetitive gameplay, and make starting multiple careers much more enjoyable.

I agree with this. Career Mode really needs more ways to use the money you earn, especially once you become a champion and start making millions.

Having to repeat the same sparring sessions over and over just to level up a move gets old pretty quickly, especially on a second or third career. Being able to spend money on elite coaches, specialized training camps, or faster Move Evolution would give money an actual purpose.

I still think players should have to put in the work early in their career, but once you're an established champion, you should be able to invest your earnings into improving your fighter more efficiently.

It would make Career Mode feel less repetitive and give players more incentive to keep playing long-term.
