This game is unresponsive as **bleep**

This game is unresponsive as **bleep**, it feels like half my inputs dont register, and the ones that do happen much later. Fast combinations and head movement are so **bleep** in this game, it almost feels like Mortal Kombat combinations.

Online mode makes the unresponsiveness much more apparent. Never seen a fighting game where I have to prefire PUNCHES ON 40 **bleep** PING.
