Failed to redeem code

Hi EA,

I just received my code for the playtest and attempted to redeem it from my phone app. It said redeemed, but then the download file is nowhere when I logged into my console. The profile I used to redeem is the same one both on console and from my phone. Now I can’t use code again from console, as it says it’s redeemed already. Can you help me find a solution?

    I had the same issue until I discovered that you need to go to your Full Game Library and there I found the Beta to download. Check if that works for you.

    Mine was the same, download didn't pop up and now I can't redeem the code again as it says I've already done it

    Scratch that, go into your games and it will be their

    Yeah same bro I redeemed mine and I can’t find it nowhere to download idk what to do about it I reset my Xbox and everything wack

    Hi. I had the same problem, the chat bot on Xbox advised me to go to my settings, payment and billing, order history.

    The game was in there, I clicked it and it gave me the option to install
