Fight Card Mode

I think one of the best things this game could do is do what EA MMA did with online fightcards people can join or be invited to where those that enter can watch other people on the card fight. You could change the camera and such while waiting for your fight. This would make it easier for online leagues cause you wouldnt need someone to directly stream it to watch anyone who joined has a front row seat. You could corner your friends in real time and make the online portion of the game more unique. Maybe create your own promotion, title belts, use different rules like pride or vale tudo and make your own fight cards in this mode. 

If something could be done like this I think it would really elevate this game to the next level.

Also EA MMA had live broadcasts which were awesome and another thing I would consider.
