I can’t access the beta code

So the EA account that is on my Xbox is my brother‘s Gmail because he does not have the console anymore and he gave it to me and I’ve had it for years and I’ve never switched the Gmail‘s. but I got the code and I cannot access the email because he is in Rehab and I was wondering if I can get the code sent to my EA account that is on the PlayStation under the same username of BasickWhiteBoi
