Career Online and Ranked Online - Infinite Loading (Wasted Paid XP Boosts)

I am experiencing a serious recurring bug in both Career Online mode and Ranked Online mode.

When I enter matchmaking, the game becomes stuck in an infinite loading loop before the fight even starts. It never properly transitions into the match. After some time, either myself or my opponent is forced out of the session, or the game eventually kicks us with an error message clearly stating that the issue is caused by the game itself.

Despite this being a game-side error, I am still being incorrectly penalized with losses and matchmaking restrictions, as if I had intentionally left the match.

This has happened repeatedly across both Career Online and Ranked Online modes, and it is unfairly affecting my record, progression, and access to matchmaking.

I have also paid for UFC Points and XP boosts, six of which have now been wasted because of this issue. These boosts were active during matches that never properly started due to the loading loop and game error, meaning I lost paid content through no fault of my own.

Please investigate this issue properly and restore any unfair losses, restrictions, progression impact, and wasted paid boosts caused by this bug.
