Getting penalized for the game freezing on online career mode
I keep getting losses in online career mode because the game keeps freezing it’s completely ruining my record.

It's the action where online matches get to the stage where fighters are facing each other, and the screen flashes repeatedly and then disconnects. You get banned after this happens, and it's obviously an EA problem.
