Stopped Getting Online Career XP
After 3,000 points, I’m not getting any more points. Is this a bug, or is it intentional?

Hello, recently I’ve been farming xp on my double xp token plus the event. Suddenly I stopped gaining xp on any of my characters and I’ve played a handful of matches without noticing until my last few. What caused this and is there a way to give the points I would’ve received?
I don't know what the community managers here are doing as they don't seem to interact with community at all, but there seems to be a daily cap of skill points you can achieve each day (about 2000-3000 not sure exactly). Once you have achieved a set amount of skill points you will no longer earn any experience until the next daily reset (idk when that is).
Can't be that hard for EA to let the community know how this works or why it is implemented.
What's the point of having points events at all then, and why doesn't EA warn about the cap? The question is, of course, rhetorical, knowing that it's EA.
Is that a comfirmed information from EA officially？If that is true, it is the dumbest thing ever and I definitely regret pre-ordering this game.
Today I only got 1900XP and it's frozen again...
