Finally got back on the IM.
Got told the know its an issue, but just sit and wait. No time frame can be given, and nothing can be done.
Also got told that you can't open a complaint. That they don't have the facility to open a complaint. That I should post on here instead. And that they have no contact info for the complaints or legal teams.
