Unable to connect
I am connected to my WiFi and PSN but when i open the game it gives me a error saying "in order to acces the online features for this title, all active users must be singed into Playstation Network and the ea servers"

There are definitely a few other steps to try if you're still seeing this issue. Just to confirm, can you check any other profiles on your system? The error mentions that all active users must be signed into both PSN and EA servers. If you have multiple profiles on your system at all, double-check the others are fully signed out before relaunching the game.
After that, fully power off your PlayStation, then power cycle your modem/router by unplugging it for about 60 seconds before reconnecting everything. Since you mentioned you're on Wi-Fi, try a wired Ethernet connection if possible just to test after this point. You should be able to run the PlayStation network test to confirm you're successfully connected to PSN, then try launching the game again afterwards.
