400 Fights and its still the same face!

I've had over 400 fights in Ultimate Teams. No matter what division I fight in, I'm always fighting the same face with minor changes. I started to think others weren't being creative until I watched a video of a guy I just fought. His character has tats, black hair...the whole nine. When I fight him he looks like the standard preset fighter (male or female) This is a huge problem for me. Fighting the same face over and over is depressing.

Bottom pic is the faces I always see.

    A lot of people aren't very creative. Those are likely just generic CAFs people make to farm coins in Ultimate Team. Not saying that it can't happen. I'm not sure what happens when a CAF is flagged for content.

    That's not acceptable. I watched a video of a guy that I fought. He was fighting another guy that o fought. Neither of them look generic. Also....400+ fights! There is no way I didn't run into a legit created player. How do we fix this issue?

    You should really stream some matches to Twitch or YouTube and do Ultimate Team. If there is an issue, they need to know. This is the first I have heard of people playing multiple other people and all the CAFs looking generic.

    I've already found several people who had or still have this problem. I found these people here. I do have YouTube videos. I have dozens of screen shots. I have dozens of captures saved.

    Do you work for EA? The reason I'm asking is because I'm looking for a solution. You're replies are still valued. If you work for EA, what steps should I take next? If you don't work for EA, what would you suggest? I have a lot of screenshots (I've been collecting them because I was tired of see the same face) and I have videos on YouTube and on my DVR (Xbox)

    Video of many fights in a row to show them. I don't work for EA, but I do know if there is a bug they need people to be vocal about it. Maybe they have. I just haven't seen it and I frequent a lot of boards for the games.

    There's a few people that have this problem. I took a screenshot of the first person I seen that had this problem. If I could upload my YouTube videos I would.

    How do o get in touch with EA? I'm 100% sure that these people I've been fighting have legit created characters.

    I'm having the same problem, did u ever get it fixed? If so how please? It's really frustrating
