Bought ea play and can’t play the games I downloaded

I just bought ea play and when I install ufc 4 It says I still have to buy it. I deleted and redownloaded it 3 times and it still says it. Another thing is on the ps store is says download trial and play for up to ten hours, but before I bought ea play I had the trial and it only gave me 4 hours to play, what is the logic behind that. I’m going to need some kind of reimbursement because the only reason I bought ea Play was for ufc 4 but your scamming people🤡
